Nintendo has remained rather tight-lipped about what fans can expect during their presentation and, in order to make sure nothing gets out, they’ve even sent a cease and desist to a well-known leaker by the name of Sabi. The leaker revealed on Twitter that she received it from a lawyer representing the publisher and confirmed that it was indeed legit.

Sabi has a reputation for being a very reliable source of leaked information and has leaked Nintendo announcements in the past, so it’s no surprise that they’d want her to stay silent on any details she knows. Sabi would later clarify that she would still continue to share any info she has; it just won’t be anything Nintendo-related.

Though some may see this as disappointing, it very much seems to suggest that Nintendo have some big surprises in store for us if they’re doing everything they can to stop them from being leaked. Though this hasn’t stopped some rumors cropping up anyway. A big one at the moment is that the next DLC character for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate will be Banjo-Kazooie, which would be shocking considering the IP is owned by rival company Microsoft.

As for what we do know, Nintendo has confirmed that Luigi’s Mansion 3, Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3 and the remake of The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening will all feature at E3, and will even be playable for those in attendance, though how much time will be spent on them during the presentation itself is unknown. Considering that it’s now been officially confirmed that the presentation will last approximately 40 minutes, there’s plenty of time for them to show off new stuff.

Nintendo’s E3 Direct will air on Tuesday June 11th at 9am PT.
